So we've been
sitting on the side of the road
for little
bit and my dad goes «if this next
car doesn't pull over to help we have to start walking home».
It was nice to finally
sit down and relax since we were in a
car for 3 hours and shopped
for a
bit.
This
car is expensive, it does
sit a
bit low and it can be a challenge to get into
for us older folks but once there it is great!
Navigator is a
bit complicated, but with 7 passengers, ipod interface,
sat radio, back - up cameras, parking sensors, 6 CD changer, panoramic moonroof, the
car have everything needed
for a family to cruise around Houston in class.
I realize any one of these would explain a mildew smell while using the HVAC, however I noted that when the
car sits for a day or two (it's hot here, like 90 degrees during the day), and we open it up... There's a mildew smell that is a
bit overwhelming.
Higher speeds you feel it in the Model S so you back off and the re-gen slows you down quickly ready
for the next blast... M5, 3 seconds of Raw fun, stupids speeds arrive and then 20 seconds of coasting and nail
biting before you slow down back to legal speeds... 3 seconds of fun and 20 seconds of fear... too quick and without re-gen you are just standing on those very expensive disks and pads... Honestly in todays traffic Model S far better and if you must, buy a lotus
for the weekend B road blast... Also with all the sound insulation in the M5 you can't hear the engine until silly speeds... so again Model S.... My friend said don't you miss the V8 noise and my other friend
sat in the
car said its a
bit like missing the clip clop of your horse at the advent of the Model T...
It's easy to imagine the LF - SA's 136 inch (3,440 mm) length growing a
bit,
sitting as it does now 2.5 feet longer than a Smart
car and 2 feet shorter than a Honda Fit, so there are potential versions
for USA urban dwellers and city people in really cramped cities.
Given this
car's competitive set and where today's 2018 Corolla iM
sits, we'd bet on spending a
bit over $ 20,000
for starters.
In addition, from a convenience standpoint, are manufactures still recommending that folks
sit with their
cars idling
for bit before shutting their turbo charged engines off after a long drive?
I was never kept in the loop of what was going on, because there was nothing being done, I am presuming that my
car sat for 11 days before anyone in service even rolled the
car into the garage to «see» what was the problem??? I would call, no answer or try leaving messages with the voice mail box indication as «full», a
bit difficult to leave a message, don't you think?
The
car is a full cage Dodge Daytona, has 3.0 Mitsubishi engine with automatic front wheel drive transmission,
car runs decent could use tune up, has been
sitting for a little
bit.
Real dogs not only must be housetrained - most owners are aware of that need; they also must be taught not to chew the furniture, taught not to jump on their owners, taught not to play -
bite, taught not to bowl over the toddler, taught not to dig holes in the yard, taught to come when they are called, taught not to eat the homework or the woodwork, taught not to swipe food off the table, taught not to growl at strangers or bark at the mail carrier, taught to walk on a leash without dragging their owner down the block, taught to allow their toenails to be cut and their coats to be groomed without
biting the groomer, taught not to shred feather pillows and down comforters, taught not to steal the baby's toys, taught not to growl at their owner's mother - in - law, taught to
sit, stay, and to lay down when and where the owner tells them to, and to wait there until the owner says they may get up (absolutely essential commands
for the dog's own safety), taught not to escape out the front door or out of the yard or out of the
car when the owner looks away
for just a second... all of these things and many more are not «natural» canine behaviors; they must be taught by owners who are willing to spend the time and the effort doing so.
