The hippo - inspired flavor features a toffee
ice cream base, salted and roasted peanuts and milk chocolate
caramel truffles.
We presented an amazing menu of delicious, plant -
based foods which included dessert: poached pears with
caramel sauce and pumpkin spice

I've used coconut milk as the
base for this
ice cream but that doesn't make this a coconut flavour
ice cream, yes there may be a subtle background coconuttiness but trust me this is all about the salted
caramel taste!
We made a dense chocolate
base using Cocanú's Valentina chocolate, we lightly repeated the maple with our own sweet maple
caramel, and gently steeped rose petals into the chocolate
base to nudge this
ice cream from quite - delicious to life - changing.
You've got the soft, chewy walnut and date
base topped with delicious creamy coconut milk
ice cream, slathered with plenty of date
caramel then topped with almond butter and roasted + salted almonds (you guys, trust me: the sweet / salty combo is the BEST!)
