It seems
the carb cravings have morphed into just craving high calorie fatty foods, for example eggs with cheese and bacon, or salmon covered with mayo, or a big pile of nuts.

have some
carbs but overall give you the desired fat and protein, and both are tasty and satisfy any between - meal
craving for salt.
We should be getting hunger cues, we should be menstruating naturally, we shouldn't
have constant
carb and sugar

carbs; the list of foods we can actually eat is shorter than ever due to food aversions and food safety considerations, but our energy to plan and execute appropriate meals is limited.
When you
crave carb - heavy eats like bread and pasta, it may be because your energy levels
have taken a nosedive.
On the flip side, I
have gotten a lot of emails and letters from people who follow a low -
carb diet or specifically paleo diet who are working out 5 - 6 days a week and dealing with horrible sugar
cravings, hormone imbalance and other issues similar to what I experienced, and I can only attribute this to our body's preference for using the glucose from carbohydrates as its primary energy source.
The fake sugar does indeed
have no calories, but it will make you
crave carbs and significantly increase your appetite.
One
had too much dairy, which left me feeling sick, another
had too few
carbs, which left me with
cravings and too tired to train properly.
