The Swedish family physician Dr. Andreas Eenfeldt, who runs the popular health
blog «
Diet Doctor», also presented his views on the low
carb diet.
But even for these people, I wouldn't recommend long - term NO -
carb diets (again I go into detail about the «why's» in THIS
blog post — check it out).
If you're a regular reader of my
blogs, you already know what I think of high -
carb diets as a means for losing weight: I'm not a fan.
I read recently on another
blog that focuses on paleo / low
carb diet that the labeling on yogurt packaging is deceptive, in that the sugar content of the original ingredients must be listed, but that the final, fermented product really has a lower count.

blog, about carbohydrates, I have to say about myself after several months of following a low
carb diet without fruits and other starches, the result: was weight gain, constipation, low energy, now I do not measure the amounts of carbohydrates and eat large quantities of fruit and starches such as sweet potatoes, bananas, yuca... result?
