food», paleo / low
carb, or the government sponsored
food guide pyramid - they all advocate eating more vegetables, especially leafy greens.
There is a fundamental divergence in
philosophy, which goes well beyond the avoidance of processed
foods, refined
carbs and oils, and sweets which is common to all of these diets, the vegan as well as Paleo and the others.
Trying to align two disparate eating
philosophies will force you to walk a fine line — particularly in a world of readily - available animal products and high -
carb foods.
