carbs + a variety of
OPTIONS for fun toppings can only be the most perfect way to start the
day.
But fruit is certainly a more healthy
carb option than say beer or pizza — which you can also technically have if you keep your total net
carbs per
day within the keto limit.
Whether its no
carb peanut butter cookies or low
carb desserts with cream cheese, diet - inclusive
options are all the rage these
days.
I could absolutely see a decrease in output on
days filled with pizza, high
carb treats and other less than healthy
options.
With only 50 grams of
carbs to «spend» per
day, your food
options are limited.
Note that a lot of people are never going to get that sort of carbohydrate reduction, and sustaining it is not an
option for many of them, but even if their
carb intakes go down, they will rarely go under 100 grams per
day, never even getting close to drop the average under 100 grams.
fat free shredded cheese - great
option to square your protein away if short & of course butter — especially if you are short on fat on a training
day — butter makes those
carbs soooo much better, lemon juice and soy sauce being calorie free add some flavor profile to a bunch of things.
Another
option is a bi-weekly cycle where a ketogenic diet is followed for 10 — 12
days, followed by 3 to 4
days of
carb loading.
These two
days before the race though, I stocked up on healthy
carb options.

So instead of loading up on fat in your diet and raising your risk of serious health issues, instead go for the healthy high
carb, whole foods
option that is low in fat and start losing that excess weight and gain all the wonderful benefits that come from eating a high
carb low fat diet that so many of our clients experience every single
day and reverse so many of their health issues with.
Yes, there are plenty of selections on that menu that may sabotage your calorie count for the
day, or maybe even the week, but there will be other
options that you can choose that are lower in calories,
carbs, and fat grams.

option that satisfied your sweet cravings without adding in extra sugar, tons of
carbs, and fat you just don't need.
If you struggle to go without something sweet, then an
option is to have a cheat
day once a week or fortnight where you
carb up on your favorite healthy veggies and fruits.
