Here's what I found from eating these low
carb pita breads that are typically 12 - 14g of carbs EACH but net down to 5 - 6 g when fiber is deducted... Like any carb, they are kind of addictive.

pita but you can also lose the
carbs and just eat it in a lettuce wrap.
If you want to make a sandwich try it on a whole wheat
pita or low
carb tortilla wrap to keep light!
