carbs per day seemed really low (even though he did nt include fibre as part of the count), I love my veggies and occasional handful of berries + nuts, so looking forward to your next post!

seems to favour moderate
carbs, like 50 — 100g
per day.
I know that might
seem like too many
carbs for one meal, but I stay in ketosis at 50g
per day, so if you're like me you'll be fine.
After about 6 months of being careful to eat below 50 gms of
carbs per day (and zero starch or sugar), I finally started experimenting myself, and while I don't measure my ketones (I only measure things subjectively, don't have the gadgets), I have noticed that I
seem to feel fine eating a few more
carbs (mostly in the form of 50 gm or so in one sitting of fruit).
At 3 meals a
day, 10g of
carbs per meal
seems like a good cut - off, but not sure about the protein.
My fasting blood glucose
seems better when I am consuming 70 - 80 grams of
carb per day (no grain, limited fruit, etc..)
Hi, i substituted the egg with chia seeds and the
carb count shot up to 7 gms
per 2 small pancakes... im trying to do the 3
day keto but
seem to go wrong somewhere.please can u suggest what i do as i love these pancakes and do nt like the eggy taste..
