is it okey if I stay at 150 gr of
carb per day in preparation of summer or
until i reach my goal weight and get lean and then i slowly up them at 200 - 230gr
per day (let's say for example during winter)?
I hadn't realised that net
carbs were the point
until now, so for the last few
days I haev probably been having only around 10 net
carbs per day.
I'm thinking
until I hit my goal weight of 185 and then slowly start back on a higher
carb diet (125 - 150g
per day).
Phase 3 and 4 slowly introduce more
carbs back into your diet
until you reach 100 grams
per day max, hopefully training you along the way not to over indulge
until you reach goal and enter in the maintenance phase.
My personal rec would be to NOT take thyroid hormone
until you add back in 50 - 100 grams of
carbs from fruit and or clean starches (white rice, potatoes; not wheat) and make sure your copper intake is 2 - 4 mg
per day (use nutritiondata.com as a guide).
Before you cut
carbs cold turkey, we recommend you start by tracking your intake and then decrease
carb intake by 25 % each week
until you reach around 100 - 150 grams of
carbs per day.
