Trying to eat low
carb is easier said
than done, especially if you have a
sweet tooth like me.
For me personally this is more important
than whey protein, I can eat meat all day and not really get bored of it but eating
carbs such as
sweet potatoes and long grain rice 4/5 times a day has always been a task never mind cooking and storing it all first!
That's because
sweet potatoes have more
carbs than zucchini but that's a good thing as
sweet potatoes are healthy and it's good
carbs you're eating:)(see a bit more on this below in my «cut the sugar tip»).
I like to use Hokkaido squash as has a lower
carb content
than say butternut but yet just as rich and
sweet and delicious when roasted.
