I knew I didn't need to chop the
garlic or ginger or worry too much
about the size of my onions because the blender would take
care of that.
Stir and saute for
about 30 seconds or so until
garlic is fragrant - take
care not to burn / brown it or it will be bitter.
Let fry for
about 1 - 2 minutes taking
care not too burn the
garlic and the spices.

garlic is ready when it's all evenly golden - brown — take
care not to burn it, as
garlic will go from just - right to burned in
