care about people counting calories, but I have heard him say (& have read his writings on this) that for people extremely
carb sensitive, even green, leafy vegetables can be problematical!

So eating a plantain for breakfast still has less
carbs (if you
care about that anyway) than oatmeal.

If I have to lose weight, and have a BMR of around 2000kcal, I can eat Low
Carb / do IF and not

Hi Ivan, I started following the guidelines dramatically cutting
carbs, eating 8 to 10 servings of veggies / fruit a day and not
caring so much
about fats (only the good ones though) and training exclusively aerobically at or under my MAF.
Even though I know logically that eating
carbs are going to make me feel worse, when feeling stressed or depressed, the urge for
carbs / sugar is so overwhelming that I don't
care about the regret I feel later and just want it now to settle down.
