cash on our already -
bloated schools.
They will have to abandon their symbiotic relationship with financial predators that pump
cash into
bloated, unionized public agencies
on terms that are usurious to taxpayers.
And it has an added benefit: As AUM dwindle, and they draw
on a facility to fund
bloated expenses, hopefully it sharpens management focus vs. allowing them to wallow in idle
cash.
If they realized their rights as business owners, we would not have before us the insane spectacle of treasuries
bloated with
cash and their proprietors in a wild scramble to give away their interest
on any terms they can get.
