bar or a chia pudding with
cashew butter.
I normally really dislike dried fruit, but with the
cashew butter in these no bake
bars, and the cocoa, they really are just delicious.
1 cup regular cut oats 2 ripe bananas 2 flax eggs (2 tbl of flax seed meal mixed with 6 tbl of water) 1/3 cup of nut
butter (I used creamy
cashew) 2 tablespoons of coconut sugar 1 tsp baking powder 1/2 tsp baking soda Pinch of sea salt 1 tablespoon of ground cinnamon 1 tablespoon of hemp hearts 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract Vegan chocolate (I shaved a 4 oz
bar) but you can also use 1/2 cup of chocolate chips as well

I've got some
cashew butter in my fridge right now so it looks like your
bars are next up on my list of things I must make.
Same goes for the Gomacro
bars, I haven't tried the
cashew caramel one yet, but the banana almond
butter was a bit dull, I expected a lot more, and at 2.79 a pop I'm unlikely to shell out again, although the flavour combinations for the range sound so amazing.

bars are very simple, just a combination of delicious ingredients with goji berries, dates,
cashew butter, milk and cocoa.
These
bars have a soft orange base with cacao
butter and
cashew butter, and are topped with a creamy chocolate cacao paste topping.
Also, it should be noted that the lemon juice and zest in these
bars balances out the sweetness from the dates and creaminess of the
cashew butter.
With added vanilla,
cashew nut
butter, unrefined coconut sugar and lucuma powder, this
bar still retains its deliciously creamy taste.

bars are totally delicious, they've got a lovely texture from the
cashew butter like a cross between a granola
bar / flapjack and lots of good flavours coming through.
The mellow
cashew butter is the perfect compliment to the flavors mingling in these
bars.
And, depending on your taste, you might choose to make a few of your favorite
bars multiple times rather than every recipe in the book: - I use a wide variety of nut / seed
butters throughout the book (almond,
cashew, coconut, hazelnut, macadamia, peanut, pecan, walnut, pumpkin seed, sunflower seed), but most of them use almond
butter and peanut
butter.
The other option would be to make no - bake
cashew butter granola
bars — using unsweetened
cashew butter to bind the ingredients together — and you could also add pumpkin seeds, some salt, and add some dried herbs as well.
