We sipped on peach mimosas, had some vegan
cashew yoghurt with granola, of course the most delicious pancakes and some bread with spreads.
Raw fermented coconut would be fine because coconut has so much fiber, but I believe
cashew yoghurt is very high in carbohydrates.

I made this last night and it was amazing... I used a
cashew cream and almond milk blend for the
yoghurt instead to keep it soy free but it was so amazing.
p.s. vegan tip - I made this with a blend of soy
yoghurt and soaked

To add to banana based smoohies: cacao powder, maca powder, boabab, acai, chia seeds, flax seeds, hemp hearts, turmeric (just a pinch), avocado, peanut butter, almond butter,
cashew butter, dates, cardamom (just a pinch), cinnamon, ginger, nutmeg (just a pinch) sesame seeds, coconut
yoghurt.
I am talking thick guava nectar, mixed in with some
yoghurt and topped with a whole load of chopped roasted
cashews.
Or go all the way and make your own «
cashew cheese» or try a savoury version this cheese style spread I made using
yoghurt and coconut flour.

1 1/2 cup raw
cashews (soaked) 1/4 cup coconut oil 1/2 cup coconut cream 1/2 cup quark cream cheese (if you want a vegan version of this cake, omit the quark and use coconut
yoghurt instead!)
- For totally vegan wraps, either leave out the garlic
yoghurt sauce or replace the
yoghurt with
cashew cream or another vegan alternative.
Ice them with coconut
yoghurt or
cashew cream for a little extra indulgence!
But you can also use (i) regular cow's milk (or goats milk), (ii) another non-dairy milk like almond,
cashew or oat milk, (iii) coconut water or (iv) try using 1/2 — 1 cup of natural
yoghurt or kefir (a fermented milk drink) and thinning out with water, as required.
