I have gone to a more vegan diet with pea
protein smoothies powdered goat's milk (I have found cow's milk is a trigger for inflammation in my body) and a banana for breakfast and wild
caught salmon for lunch most days, some days a
little chicken and the same for dinner with veggies, I have also added a three mushroom blend with reishi, shiitake and maitake, astragalus, vitamin D3 and Cod Liver oil.
