iodine will impact manganese
levels, most noticeably, but not exclusively, and will
cause deficiency symptoms that are euphemistically referred to as a «healing crisis».
I also have hypothyroidism... but my
iodine levels are too high and THAT can
cause thyroid issues (thyroid suppression leading to hypothyroidism) as well... its a balancing act to keep those
levels correct!

cause a hyper or hypo - like symptoms especially if you go too much, so you're always better off starting low with a couple hundred mics and working up to, you know, the lower milligram
level.
