Gently spoon the stuffing into
the cavity of a turkey (or a chicken) and cook until the internal temperature of the thickest part of the thigh reaches 165 - 170 degrees.
For the Bacon Lattice Wrapped Turkey: Stuff
the cavity of the turkey with the onion, orange, thyme and sage sprigs.
Add the stuffing to a buttered casserole dish (or loosely stuff
the cavity of your turkey with it).
Place the sage leaves, parsley sprigs, thyme sprigs, bay leaves, onion, and garlic clove into
the cavity of the turkey.
