so I want to share with you a great recipe of
celery salad that we eat a lot in Italy (I live in Milano).
So mainly all you need is: 1/2 green
celery, washed, dried and chopped in 1 cm pieces (cut it in horizontal, do not follow the shape of the stalks, just chop them), 2 cups of Grana Padano cheese flakes (you can use also parmiggiano but I personally think it has a stronger taste and it covers too much the
celery flavor... but you can try that version too), 2 tbsp.
Oh I feel
so lucky to have that mouli - julienne, a friend of mine brought me many years back, and I've been using it a lot to make carrot salad and
celery remoulade.

so I decided to experiment and made
celery salt.
You mention sautéing the carrots and
celery in the remaining oil, but the eggplant absorbs all of the oil,
so I added a bit more to the skillet prior to adding the carrot /
celery dices.
I was skeptical to use
so much
celery, but it cooked down and caramelized nicely.
I didn't know it was
so easy to make your own
celery salt.
When using a vinaigrette some veggies like
celery and zucchini absorb way too much of it and taste awful,
so put them away from dressing

I've never made a soup with
so much
celery.
The Smooth
Celery Cooler has a bit more fruit juice than most recipes,
so it's smooth, sweet, and delicious.
While the squash is roasting you'll cook the chicken (I give you instructions for both Instant Pot and stovetop
so you've got options) and dice up the
celery, green onions and red pepper.

I didn't have

so I just used carrots and then added a little thyme.

celery root soup to thin, but maintain a creamy consistency.
I just keep a bottle of
celery seeds handy
so I can sprinkle some on my dishes and get that nice, subtle
celery taste.
To be honest my
celery seeds are
so neglected, but no longer.
I saute a diced onion & a cup or
so of
celery, incl leaves, in grape seed oil, add garlic (quite a bit) 1/4 tsp cayenne pepper, two bay leaves, two tsp balsamic vinegar, one scant tsp sugar, 1/2 c chicken stock, 1/2 c water, one cup diced ham, & the greens and cook it slow in the oven and eat it over rice, for two days.
The
celery and onions are added raw will they soften mainly the
celery enough during the baking process
so they are not crunchy?
Add the
celery, sweet potato and onion and cook until softened about 7 — 10 minutes or
so.
My boyfriend doesn't eat
celery,
so I left that out.
There will be chunks of
celery and onion,
so if you prefer a more uniform «salad,» make sure you chop them finely before adding them to the blender.
Then I realized I had no onion, no
celery and no carrot but I did have cherry tomato's and pea's
so I used that in place of the veggies you had........
I had to leave out the onion (DH can't eat it)

Added regular onion and
celery that had to be eaten soon, and didn't have yellow split peas,
so I just doubled the amount of red lentils.
I've never tried

so we all got a sizable piece of fish and the
celery root puree was all but licked clean.
I have honestly never cooked with
celery root,

4 cups of black rice cooked according to package instructions 4 large carrots, peeled and diced 2
celery stalks, chopped 4 cloves of garlic, minced Olive oil Leftover black beans (1 cup or
so) 1 jalapeno, diced 1 pepper, diced 1/2 cup of toasted slivered almonds Salt 4 scallions, trimmed and slices 6 - 8 chives, chopped Balsamic vinegar or 1 cup of fresh or jarred salsa would also be a great dressing!
Then you add things like onions,
celery, and tomatoes
so that there are some yummy vegetables in it.

celery because it's the one food I abhor... but otherwise, I am
so on board with this!
In fact, it's everything else you can jazz it up with that makes them
so much fun: salt, pepper, paprika, hot sauce, bacon,
celery, pickled anything, olives, lemon, lime, and even shrimp!
