Cenote dive was my wife, Ashley, and I's very first after finishing our PADI Open Water Diver course (if you're wondering about the legitimacy of the shop we certified with you're thinking the right way).
Many Tulum dive shops offer beginner's courses for teens or for those who do not have experience in reef, cave,
cenote dive.
As mentioned earlier, diving in Tulum is often composed of reef, cave,
cenote dive tours.
Scuba diving in Tulum is a once in a lifetime experience because it is the only place in Mexico where you can try reef, cave,
cenote dive in just one day.
Tours that include reef, cave,
cenote dive tours can be quite pricey.
Cenote Dos Ojos is perhaps the best
cenote dive in Mexico and is merely half an hour to the south.
Popular
cenote dives include Ponderosa (also known as Eden), Casa Cenote, and Dos Ojos.
Cenote dives are for those who have dived within the last year.
Mexico's Carribbean coastline is famous for
the cenotes dives.
For
Cenotes dives, we highly recommend to wear a long 5 mm wetsuit due to lower temperatures around 23 degrees.
The cenotes we dived are all along the Riviera Maya, on the northeast coast of Mexico, south of Cancun, between Playa del Carmen and Tulum.
All cenotes dives are carefully guided and technical caves can be dived (please discuss this at the time of booking).
