The Royal Bank of Canada now projects inflation will average 2.9 per cent in the third quarter, at the upper end of the central bank's 1 per cent to 3 per
cent target range.

With potential growth of under 2 per

target of 2 percent, this suggests that annual increases in health transfers will likely fall into the 3 to 4 percent
