Put a dollop of buttercream in
the center of your cake stand or spinner.
In the pictures shown above, I placed three pink rose buds on
the center of the cake stand and layered some wax flowers, creating a circular - type wreath.
Then all I did was to pull out one of my favorite cake stands, clip and put my flowers into a clear vase placing it in
the center of my cake stand, surround the vase with my pears, and now I have an easy, fall, chic centerpiece for my table!

I was very tired at that point and misjudged the
centering of the
cake on the
cake stand.
Spread a tablespoon
of the frosting in the
center of a platter or
cake stand — this will help keep your
cake stable.
Since I wanted my valentine's decorated mini
cakes to be the «
center of attention», I placed them on my pink pedestal
cake stand.
For instance, an egg hidden in «the jungle» could be in the
center of some houseplants, while an egg hidden «in the land
of birthday
cakes» could be on a
cake stand in the fridge.
I used a marble and mango
cake stand with small white & orange pumpkins
centered around a clear vase full
of simple white roses and light plum colored wax flower.
Then, I popped one
of my small white
cake stands in the
center of the tray, and then shopped the house for small, textural vessels and «faux - liage» to nestle around it.
All the details like the cranberries spilling from the
center of the
cake, and the wreath
of juniper around the
cake stand really show how talented you are at what you do.
On a larger table, two
of the trays can be placed like bookends on each side
of a
cake stand with pillar candles in the
center.
