framework guiding and strengthening national efforts to address climate change,» committing to not only reduce emissions but also establish «strong transparency to hold countries accountable,» facilitate international carbon pricing, and «decarboniz [e] the
global economy.»
FrameWorks is engaged in a three - year project in collaboration with the
Global Children's Initiative of the
Center on the Developing Child at Harvard University, the Fundação Maria Cecilia Souto Vidigal, in São Paulo, and the Bernard van Leer Foundation.
