The other thing that I want you to notice, and it's going to be quite apparent, is this sense of
centerline strength, and that's what we mean by highly functional for athletics [Functional Strength Training].
Now, if you're a runner, what you can do, is you can get up, and you can use
that centerline strength to learn how to cycle the arms.
