Crumble the feta in a row down
the centre of the dough.
Put your pie dish face down to
the centre of dough.
Start rolling at
the centre of the dough and work outwards.
Put your hand underneath the cloth (
centre of the dough) and gently flip the dough over.
Place the marzipan into
the centre of the dough.
Place the date paste down
the centre of the dough and fold the dough over the paste, overlapping to ensure a good seal.
Roll out the date paste on a floured surface, to fit down
the centre of the dough.
Cut three 2 - inch - long slits in
the centre of the dough.
