ceramic baking pans, I have no idea!
Spread a little olive oil around the inside of a glass or
ceramic baking pan (altrnatively, you can use parchment paper, to be placed n a regular baking pan).
Pour the marinade into a deep glass or
ceramic baking pan.

I had to increase the
baking time by 15 - 20 minutes (although I used a
ceramic pan, not metal) to avoid the hot gooey mess that other reviewers ended up with.
Place on a large
baking sheet 8 ovenproof shallow dessert bowls (glass or
ceramic), soufflé cups, ramekins, or individual gratin
pans, each with a capacity of at least 1 cup (8 ounces) or preferably a bit more.
Coat your
ceramic pan with
baking spray and sprinkle oats and wheat germ.
I
baked some of the batter in regular - sized glass loaf
pans and the rest in smaller
ceramic loaf
pans.
