certain durations of immunity, which will be stated on the label.

It is reasonably
certain at this time that distemper and parvovirus vaccinations have a
duration of effect
of at least three years and probably closer to five years, with the probability that at least some dogs have lifelong
immunity after the initial vaccination series and the one year booster.
The adenovirus portion
of the vaccine is also reported to have a long
duration of immunity and I am not
certain about parainfluenza but I also do not consider this to be a very important virus to protect against.
