After yesterdays game, and also from our last game against Stoke, it's got me thinking about the dynamics of
certain types of tactics.

These
types of plans usually incorporate severe caloric restriction, total elimination
of certain types of foods and macronutrients, all kinds
of so - called «body cleanses» or any other kind
of extreme fat - loss
tactic.
