dog who's x-rays indicate no evidence of hip or elbow dysplasia.

issue certificates for completing training courses, and those who desire a national certification can contact the Certification Council
for Professional
Dog Trainers.

dog by any reputable breeder and this is the only genuine way to gauge a true picture of the
dogs vitality.
Under the bill the following animals were not required to be released on demand:  (1) animals «physically suffering irremediably» as long as a licensed veterinarian has
issued a written, signed certification stating «that the prognosis
for recovery is poor or grave even with comprehensive prompt and necessary veterinary care; «Â (2) dogs symptomatic
for parvovirus and cats symptomatic
for panleukopenia which conditions have been confirmed by a licensed veterinarian in a written, signed
certificate which also states «that the prognosis
for recovery is poor or grave even with comprehensive prompt and necessary veterinary care;» (3) animals which a veterinarian determined showed signs of rabies and (4)
dogs declared «dangerous» by a court.   Â
Rather, we expect that veterinarians who refer a
dog to a U.S. veterinarian
for treatment will use their professional judgment to weigh the benefits of treatment
for the
dog in the United States with the risks associated with the
dog traveling to the United States before
issuing a health
certificate for the
dog.

Before any license shall be
issued, the owner shall produce a valid rabies
certificate issued by a licensed veterinarian proving that the
dog for which a license is sought is currently vaccinated against rabies.
