(a) Prevent any licensed physician, licensed nurse, licensed psychologist,
certified alcohol or drug abuse counselor or other person licensed or certified by the State from carrying out the functions permitted by the respective license or certification if the person does not hold himself or herself out to the public by any title and description of service likely to cause confusion with the titles and descriptions of service set forth in this chapter.

alcohol testing program as a service agent (i.e. urine specimen collector, breath
alcohol technician (BAT), screening test technician (STT), medical review officer (MRO), substance
abuse professional (SAP), consortium / third - party administrator (C / TPA),
or laboratory)?

or certified as a physician, psychologist, marriage and family therapist, clinical professional counselor,
alcohol and
drug abuse counselor
or clinical
alcohol and
drug abuse counselor in another state;
The professions that are required to submit information are:
alcohol and
drug abuse counselors, audiologists,
certified nurse practitioners, chiropractors, clinical pastoral therapists, dentists, dietitian
or nutritionists, dispensing opticians, electrologists, marital and family therapists, massage therapists, medical doctors, medical laboratory personnel, nursing home administrators, occupational therapists, optometrists, osteopathic physicians, pharmacists, physical therapists, physician assistants, podiatrists, professional counselors, psychologists, registered nurse anesthetists, respiratory care practitioners, social workers, speech pathologists and veterinarians.
