First and foremost when I read this, the first thing that came to mind was, it's definitely worth your time to look
for an International Board and
Certified lactation consultant in your community to
help assess the situation more fully.
She is currently the Canadian
Lactation Advisor
for CAPPA International, and she also works in the trenches,
helping moms and babies establish a good breastfeeding relationship as a Registered Nurse and International Board
Certified Lactation Consultant in an active Labour and Delivery Unit.

for overcoming breastfeeding hurdles, as well as education in your setting, and takes action to provide assistance to fill those challenges.
So again I can't highly recommend enough of seeing an International Board and
Certified lactation consultant for this situation as there are many reasons why this maybe occurring which will really
help you get the bottom of, my advice is only that this IBCLC should be looking
for the tongue tie during this feeding time with your baby especially since I can't give an accurate advice without having seeing you and your baby.
