I disagree.A wingback can be viewed as a defensive winger.Whether the Ox
likes it or not he's been blessed with the qualities of a winger. To me that's his best position. He's only doing well as a wingback because of his attacking abilities. As I said earlier a wingback can be viewed as a sort of defensive winger. That's why CB's who are used as RB or LB can not play wingback.Wingback needs the player to be able to adapt himself
like a winger while also being solid defensively.Ox has the attacking part but not the defensive part. With Bellerin we have the best of both worlds. He can attack, defend and also has the speed necessary to play wingback.I fear Ox being played at wingback will cost us when we play
teams with tricky wingers. He should rather be
challenging Sanchez or Ozil
for their positions and not wingback. The guy hates to always have to defend which in truth he can't.

(3) formation flexibility — it took 20 years
for Wenger to return to a back 3 and now he can't seem to choose anything but that formation... the
teams in the premiership and those we could face in the Europa will present vastly different tactics and we need to have a manager who can prepare this squad
for this eventuality and have the fortitude to make the necessary adjustments throughout the season... I have seen nothing in the past 6 - 7 years to suggest that he is the man to take on this
challenge... I can't even remember when he changed formations when he would replace a small, pacy striker,
like during the Walcott experiment, with the lumbering Giroud... of course this is exactly why there is no other manager in the world that plays more players out of their natural positions (square peg in a round hole)
I believe tgere are 3 titke contenders this year Leicester, city and arsenal About Leicester they are doing great but there football depends on counter attacking and few quick passes to reach the ball to mahrez or vardy i don't think they can impress anybody if they faced
teams that park the bus
like what the
teams do with arsenal and also any injury
for mahrez or vardy will ruin there season so i don't consider them a real
challenge and in an open game we got the best out of them and beat them with 5 goals to 2 so calm down gooners About city they had very impressing start
for the season then they were vety baf winning most games by pure luck or last minute goals and they could be beaten easily Arsenal are the best
team form we controled most of the games and the losses and draws were by bad referee decisions or bad luck and the 4 points margain with city could have been easily 10 or 12

challenged for the PL title
for many years, and these are the problems, that we seem to have constantly: 1) We are letting in too many goals 2) «Physical
teams» often seem to be able to beat us 3) We always loose too many points in the internal games against top opponents 4) We always have too many injuries 5) We have many matches, where the
team seem unmotivated

Fans fail to see that we are blessed to have a DM
like coquelin, I mean look at how solid our
team has become when he plays. His defensive qualities are what please me the most.Coquelin reads the game really well and knows exactly where an opponent is going to drop the next pass that is why you see him making so many interceptions because he reads the game well and he is not afraid to
challenge for the ball.He is also very desciplined withe ball and passes the ball quick enough to start a counter attack. So
for me, I couldn't ask
for another DM than Coquelin please let's learn to appreciate what we have.Schneiderlin, Wanyama, Kondogbia etc are highly rated because they play
for other clubs if they were playing
for Arsenal we would have branded them «average players», we would be crying
for Wenger to sign «world class DMs».
I wanted to know we could
challenge the best to win, and I just don't think there is as much appeal in a victory against this liverpool

for the England
team under Roy Hodgson.

like Iwobi, Zelalem and others coming through the ranks and others coming back from injury we should make up

this season was supposed to be about the epl not fourth place.just seeing how empty the Emirates was yesterday I expect it to be even worse in the upcoming games.wenger blew it in the transfer market, I think that in itself shows how we lacked ambition and we settled
for a top four from the beginning and if by a chance we managed to win epl then thats it.lossing some games, crucial points and the feedback we got back was just covering the real goals of the club top four.soton home (a
team challenging has to win this game), Crystal palace, swansea, just add those points and see where we could and should hve been.everyone here is a die hard arsenal fan whether an akb or aob but fact remains we love the club, we want the club to move forward, we want the club to be a superhouse, its got nothing to do with wengers last year or his last chance of epl.this sort of thinking is running our beloved club to the ground.whether u
like it or not a change is needed and a serious one.at the moment we hve so many bogey
teams do u think arsene will beat them nxt season!!!
Many JustArsenal readers thought that we also needed a top quality striker to actually

Because we need to clear space in our squad mate, we've got players
like Diaby, Flamini, Arteta, Sanogo, Podolski, Campbell, who don't contribute much now, if these players were moved on an better players introduced it would rasie the standards at the club which will help us to
challenge the top
team in europe.Sanogo a project?we haven't got that kind of time mate not while he earning 40k a week
for not doing much.

It sounds ridiculous but hear me out, he always plays attacking football, or as our manager
likes to say «approaches the game with a positive attitude», he knows how to be consistent with his goals (kept Wigan in PL despite everyone saying they would be relegated), also brought his
team to a cup final on an extremely low budget, was also responsible
for the passing philosophy in Swansea, and most importantly, he can nurture YOUNG talent (Lukaku already has 50 goals in England, Delofeu is starting to bloom, Stones is already flourishing,...) Imo someone
like Matinez would be the perfect candidate
for the job, but he has to prove he can win trophies as well and
challenge in Europe as well.

those injured are always the same and we will not want to have same old story
like Diaby years and years in the waiting and nothing came out of it.those coming back from long injuries should play with the reserves or loan them out to smaller
teams in the EPL until they re-discover their mental - physical strength and then get them back but we need 2 platyers (Carvalho as DM and Huntelaar ST) to be able to
challenge for the last 4 months the EPL title. If fellow gooners have some names bring them out but we do not have more excuses..
as wih just about every season
for last 10 years we have a
team that is a couple of real quality players short of
challenging on three fronts
for top honours... so if wenger is willing to get rid of mert flamini arteta diaby and walcott (and possibly gibbs who is begining to really disappoint but perhaps worth another season) and bring in three quality players cb dm and attacker i will change my mind and give him a chance till end of contract... if its another round of bargain basement players with potential and talk of getting in to cl as
like a trophy... then yes he needs to go

like bear baiting

like these.
or
like most sensible people, he doesn't eulogize about someone after a 6 month stint in the prem and call them a «solution» in an important role
for a supposed title
challenging team.
I agree with those odds simply because i believe the some
team that were stronger than Arsenal last season have done some really good business to further strengthen there squads, Bernardo Silva & Kyle Walker
for Man City with what they already have plus what pep will add plus its gonna be his second season so he will be a bit more familiar with the EPL and this may make them really tough to beat, Tiemoue Bakayoko & Antonio Rudiger Chealsea plus a top striker and Chelsea will sill be one of the
teams to beat, Tottenham are gonna be solid, they've kept the
team together and Victor Lindelof & Romelu Lukaku
for Man - u and Mourinho is not done yet if the rumors are true and there also the Mourinho second season thing, as much as i'd
like to be hopeful
for next season, i really do nt think Lacazette and Kolasinac are enough to make us
challenge for the league plus having Europa league will give the
team less time to recover
for the weekend games, the formation change is the only thing i see can make the difference.
