challenge after I
finished with Bodyrock.tv
workout.
The way to know this for sure is if the training feels at least slightly
challenging, but not that hard that you can't
finish the
workout session.

When attempting doubles, if you feel like you are unable to perform another double on the next set, you
finish out that
workout with single reps.. So during a doubles week if the first double was
challenging, you would still do 3 total sets:
