Pogba is being lined up by Man City to replace Yaya Toure and if they get him it would give them a much better
chance of winning the league next year, in my opinion.
We are all well aware of how good he is and we are well aware that, if he was to re-join Arsenal, we would stand a much better
chance of winning the league again, particularly with our midfield feeding him game after game.
I don't want to be misconstrued here; I will wholeheartedly welcome a new striker who will give us another 6 - 12 PL goals, and our
overall chances of winning the league will undoubtedly increase (assuming of course, all things being equal, there are no adverse effects to the team overall with a new face scoring more goals — weakening us defensively, not linking as well with others, dressing room morale etc).
Spurs are in the same frame of mind — above their arch nemesis and a good
chance of winning the league with Man United, Stoke, West Brom, Chelsea, Southampton and Newcastle for remaining fixtures.
And why would Sterling want to sign and play for a manager who called him a diver, in the Europa league with no
realistic chance of winning the league, with team mates who aren't as good as the ones he plays with now
Stan is simply saying Arsenal will have the best
chance of winning the league if he is not directly involved in the running of the club, which is the case right now.
I need a golden boot contender striker, that is atleast 30 goals, with that I know I have
more chances of winning the league, as Suerez, Van Persie and Aguero have proved in the last 3 seasons.
The fact is that the Gunners will have a far better
chance of winning the League next season if we keep Alexis and Ozil, and ALSO get in an exceptional striker to knock in the goals.
Selling Alexis to City, United, Chelsea will be improving them and improving
their chances of winning the league.
From a points perspective, we've still got a good
chance of winning the league, but not with Wenger in charge.
Last season was supposed to have been our best
chance of winning the league and look how that turned out.
The jobs they take are heavily skewed in their favour in terms of likely success, never worse than a 50/50
chance of winning the league they are in, when they do it we all bow and scrape, when they don't they just move on to the next «challenge».
We have to win those matches to stand a chance of winning the league
Our chances of winning the league is gone!
Then the season unravels. We start well but towards end of December we have handful of injuries and we are struggling with our title challenge. But still great Wenger who does not believe in January transfer window does not buy anyone or buys Kallstrom and by march we have
no chance of winning the league and we are looking at getting Wenger Trophy (Top 4 finish).
