I think the real fear isn't that a suitable replacement doesn't exist, but that this organization is so money hungry and poorly mismanaged that we will sink even lower by choosing our next coach the same way they choose our players, on the cheap... even so, we need to see what mustache will do if left to his own devices so he will have to show his true colours... only then can we purge this club and start anew

It is more to do with the tactics than the formation, but the problem is Wenger will NEVER change his tactics, so we might as stick with the 3 -4-3, because every manager knows exactly how to set up against the old 4 -2-3-1 formation.

Until we change our game style, formation, players that are not good enough, spending policy so that we buy in all the positions we need, not just one, buy players with characters, driven by success with lots of titles behind them, change our ambition to titles, not fourth, reduce immense ticket prices, stop being a business rather than a football club, introduce younger members to the board or unbelievably somehow change the manager, I will not be convinced.

Personally I don't enjoy the team being run by suits and a manager who hasn't delivered in 12 years so I'm open to change and a new hope.

This attitude of wanting the club to decline further just so a managerial change can come in to their liking is beyond petulant... Ozil, Xhaka, Bellerin, Mustafi, AOC, Koscielny are all solid building blocks for a quality squad if a quality manager is to take over..

So to re-cap, if AFC change the board, get new ownership, change the business model, change the manager (or give him an updated training manual), reduce the ticket prices, don't sell any players who want to leave, only buy or sell players sanctioned by the fans, spend # 65 - 85M this window, stop negotiating on transfer fees but just hand over the money then we will win the PL and UCL on a regular basis and this particular supporter will be happy.
