I tell you from a footballing point of view scoring 8 goals you got have players that know where the goal posts are it takes energy and creativity to score 8 yes I agree vikings changed their players because their league is starting i think tomorrow so yes they were not a big team team but to say that Arsenal were not strong thats a bit to much and I say it again you need energy and creativity to score 8 I was very happy they did that Arsenal are well known for creating chances yesterday they converted them chances into Goals this should be the norm and I hope this will give them a lesson on how to win a game as they did nt dwell about with the ball it was goal after goal and that tells me that they went for the goals directly and I hope and wish the young guns all the best and to do well in the next season
hehe well u r the one who is delusional talking about arsenal is in ur bloods well for us arsenal is our blood.whats this with wenger support if its top four that u guys value so much and hve made it more appealing than a epl title wow shame on of all us see what we hve turned aarsenal into.THIS IS ARSENAL.the moment someone becomes bigger than a club then no way are things okay.ill end with asking my question which has not been answered yet... do u believe wenger will win title with arsenal nxt yeat (epl), do u believe we will be among the strong contenders for the title untill the end when it matters most???? wenger is a smart guy he knows nxt season automatic arsenal will be struggling even for fourth so that is our target and its a shame we fans r ready to waste another year.I am done with this saga we will find out soon enough and I hope and pray we don't regret giving this so called legend another chance coz I hve screamed, cried, and pple dare call pple who want change not arsenal fans or not die hards.cheers guys seems top four is safe our annual top fourbparade is in place

Well written, but I think it will fall on deaf ears, my fear is as follows, it will take a loss in money for the manager and board to change, this will only come if we finish out of the top 4, but knowing the board they would still give home a season to try again, I feel very sorry for Sanchez, he is total quality and deserves better, most of the other players look settled, turn up give70 % and get paid, no matter what level you play at you should come off the pitch thinking I gave everything, how many of our players could say that, they lack motivation, player for player we are as good if not better than athletico Madrid but they have a manger that gets 100 % out of every player, Klopp is the same, but why would they leave their clubs to come here with a boar that cares about money not entertainment, Wenger was a lucky manager he inherited a top defence now his luck has run out
This is an incredibly difficult question to answer for a variety of reasons, most importantly because over the years our once vaunted «beautiful» style of play has become a shadow of it's former self, only to be replaced by a less than stellar «plug and play» mentality where players play out of position and adjustments / substitutions are rarely forthcoming before the 75th minute... if you look at our current players, very few would make sense in the traditional Wengerian system... at present, we don't have the personnel to move the ball quickly from deep - lying position, efficient one touch midfielders that can make the necessary through balls or the disciplined and pacey forwards to stretch defences into wide positions, without the aid of the backs coming up into the final 3rd, so that we can attack the defensive lanes in the same clinical fashion we did years ago... on this current squad, we have only 1 central defender on staf, Mustafi, who seems to have any prowess in the offensive zone or who can even pass two zones through so that we can advance play quickly out of our own end (I have seen some inklings that suggest Holding might have some offensive qualities but too early to tell)... unfortunately Mustafi has a tendency to get himself in trouble when he gets overly aggressive on the ball... from our backs out wide, we've seen pace from the likes of Bellerin and Gibbs and the spirited albeit offensively stunted play of Monreal, but none of these players possess the skill - set required in the offensive zone for the new Wenger scheme which requires deft touches, timely runs to the baseline and consistent crossing, especially when Giroud was playing and his ratio of scored goals per clear chances was relatively low (better last year though)... obviously I like Bellerin's future prospects, as you can't teach pace, but I do worry that he regressed last season, which was obvious to Wenger because there was no way he would have used Ox as the right side wing - back so often knowing that Barcelona could come calling in the off - season, if he thought otherwise... as for our midfielders, not a single one, minus the more confident Xhaka I watched played for the Swiss national team a couple years ago, who truly makes sense under the traditional Wenger model... Ramsey holds onto the ball too long, gives the ball away cheaply far too often and abandons his defensive responsibilities on a regular basis (doesn't score enough recently to justify): that being said, I've always thought he does possess a little something special, unfortunately he thinks so too... Xhaka is a little too slow to ever boss the midfield and he tends to telegraph his one true strength, his long ball play: although I must admit he did get a bit better during some points in the latter part of last season... it always made me wonder why whenever he played with Coq Wenger always seemed to play Francis in a more advanced role on the pitch... as for Coq, he is way too reckless at the wrong times and has exhibited little offensive prowess yet finds himself in and around the box far too often... let's face it Wenger was ready to throw him in the trash heap when injuries forced him to use Francis and then he had the nerve to act like this was all part of a bigger Wenger constructed plan... he like Ramsey, Xhaka and Elneny don't offer the skills necessary to satisfy the quick transitory nature of our old offensive scheme or the stout defensive mindset needed to protect the defensive zone so that our offensive players can remain aggressive in the final third... on the front end, we have Ozil, a player of immense skill but stunted by his physical demeanor that tends to offend, the fact that he's been played out of position far too many times since arriving and that the players in front of him, minus Sanchez, make little to no sense considering what he has to offer (especially Giroud); just think about the quick counter-attack offence in Real or the space and protection he receives in the German National team's midfield, where teams couldn't afford to focus too heavily on one individual... this player was a passing «specialist» long before he arrived in North London, so only an arrogant or ignorant individual would try to reinvent the wheel and / or not surround such a talent with the necessary components... in regards to Ox, Walcott and Welbeck, although they all possess serious talents I see them in large part as headless chickens who are on the injury table too much, lack the necessary first - touch and / or lack the finishing flair to warrant their inclusion in a regular starting eleven; I would say that, of the 3, Ox showed the most upside once we went to a back 3, but even he became a bit too consumed by his pending contract talks before the season ended and that concerned me a bit... if I had to choose one of those 3 players to stay on it would be Ox due to his potential as a plausible alternative to Bellerin in that wing - back position should we continue to use that formation... in Sanchez, we get one of the most committed skill players we've seen on this squad for some years but that could all change soon, if it hasn't already of course... strangely enough, even he doesn't make sense given the constructs of the original Wenger offensive model because he holds onto the ball too long and he will give the ball up a little too often in the offensive zone... a fact that is largely forgotten due to his infectious energy and the fact that the numbers he has achieved seem to justify the means... finally, and in many ways most crucially, Giroud, there is nothing about this team or the offensive system that Wenger has traditionally employed that would even suggest such a player would make sense as a starter... too slow, too inefficient and way too easily dispossessed... once again, I think he has some special skills and, at times, has showed some world - class qualities but he's lack of mobility is an albatross around the necks of our offence... so when you ask who would be our best starting 11, I don't have a clue because of the 5 or 6 players that truly deserve a place in this side, 1 just arrived, 3 aren't under contract beyond 2018 and the other was just sold to Juve... man, this is theraputic because following this team is like an addiction to heroin without the benefits
Let's be sensible here.Like it or not we have lost Sanchez. We are getting a vast improvement on Walcott in Mikki with (please god) Abua joining as well.Sanchez wanted to go so let's move on.I believe these 2 signings could reignite us and the credit will be with Sven and not Wenger.Soon everyone will start to give credit to Ivan Gaz as without doubt his Catylis For Change is beginning to take effect.12 months ago if we had banked the money for Coq Wally and That Chilean C *** what would we have done with it?Sven M is influencing transfer policy now without doubt. We have no option other than to be patient this season and just take whatever we get from Europa League and Caro Cup.Anything above 6th in Premier League let's take as a bonus.I can't help but believe we are seeing something happening that we are nor used to.
Guardiola's side remain on course for a treble this season with the world - class options already available to him, and so it's debatable as to whether making such a big change would be a sensible move, albeit Griezmann offers a longer - term option to Aguero given he's still only 26.
Olivier Giroud has showcased his talents this season in leading the line when given the chance, and I think he would relish a change in personnel, with the current system not accommodating his ability to its maximum.

He * will * take knocks through the season given his style and change of pace, but I'm hoping his physical strength will carry him through that with a fearless attitude and an improved physical toughness and durability.
Well i will have to disagree with Ray Wilkins as regards getting a striker, to be sincere we all were crying for Wenger to sign a TOP Striker but since he's started playing Sanchez up top there has been a massive change and come to think of it Sanchez is one of the best in that position given that he doesn't even play there regularly and he's also the top scorer in the PL, I believe we've always had a TOP striker in Alexis and Mr Wenger didn't realize it until the beginning of this season.
you wont see a cazorla or a xavi losing possession, not only that but they drive the team forward.but unfortunately u hav players like ramsey, who do nt drive the attack like the above two, also he loses possessions sometimes by attempting fancy moves.its sad ramsey gives more importance to style over substance.unfortunately, i feel players like ramsey hav contributed to arsenal's inability... imagine a team like barcelona playing with him, constantly losing posession leading to conceding goals and so on.difference is barca's manager wud take them out, while under wenger u r rewarded with the nxt game!!!! i do nt deny he was top notch a season or two back, but now hes a liability imo and need to change his mentality.even that opportunity he got against tottenham where thought longer before taking a shot thus giving defender time to get to him and take off the ball.i bet if it was cazorla, arsenal wud hav scored...
as wih just about every season for last 10 years we have a team that is a couple of real quality players short of challenging on three fronts for top honours... so if wenger is willing to get rid of mert flamini arteta diaby and walcott (and possibly gibbs who is begining to really disappoint but perhaps worth another season) and bring in three quality players cb dm and attacker i will change my mind and give him a chance till end of contract... if its another round of bargain basement players with potential and talk of getting in to cl as like a trophy... then yes he needs to go
Well your righ with met spend but in amount paid out for players no net were 5th but i agree our champions league performances have been poor we had some tough draws and the premier league is more demanding then the other leagues in strwnght of competition and games played still excuses do nt win but that monaco loss left me shaking my head in cl we get theough the group but cant muster the strength needed for knockout and we should be performing better were under performing for the talent xhaka has frustrated me hes got the talent and plays well but cant hold focus in games he drops off and loses his marks our academy is doing well but yes it is tougher now to break in to the first team iwobi has done well but one or two seasons away from being there if he does turn himself elite ever has to score or he will just be another ox but i think its been a wake up call to the club we finally have to act theres a wave of ideas to not only get us back to winning ways but become title contenders and i think give him the extension one year its a world cup year and that will also allow our players esp strikers who been very poor this year realized its tough to play in englad and next year will have a better idea what it really takes to win here shore up some spots and depth and were in contention fail and the changes will happen but let him have one more year the fact were willing to spend shows me an upturn from the decline
Truth be told If you count Sanchez like a new sighting we did realy well and if Sanchez gives it all without sulking or creating changing room bust up then with the addition of Lacazette and Kolasinac not forgetting Casorla posible you coming back in midd season or later part and if we give Wilshere another chance if you take all that we are looking good not brilliant but good enough to reach 4th just about
So, either Wenger, or the club changed their minds mid season and offered a new contract albeit on reduced terms, whether he signs it or not is another matter, I'm a bit stuck with this, on the one hand I really don't want to lose him, especially to a Premier League team, but, on the other hand I can understand the clubs position given his horrendous injury record, hopefully they'll come to a compromise that both parties are happy with.
With Arsenal Football Club going against the wishes of a large section of the fanbase by handing another two year contract to our long serving but often under fire manager, it was always going to be imperative that Arsene Wenger was given a large transfer budget in order to change the pattern of recent seasons and challenge for the Premier League title.
Most of the comments on here are opinions and I respect everyone's right to express their opinion, but when someone says that the manager should not be held responsible for the mistakes of the players and he changes the players and they make the same mistakes, surely then we can all agree that the manager must be held responsible for the players he not only chose to buy but now has no choice but to persist with and as for the few good performances, how long do we have to wait before we get a full season of consistently good enough performances that would give the fans (not the deluded ones) any belief that this truly great club can rise up from our sleep walk into further mediocrity.
I agree with those odds simply because i believe the some team that were stronger than Arsenal last season have done some really good business to further strengthen there squads, Bernardo Silva & Kyle Walker for Man City with what they already have plus what pep will add plus its gonna be his second season so he will be a bit more familiar with the EPL and this may make them really tough to beat, Tiemoue Bakayoko & Antonio Rudiger Chealsea plus a top striker and Chelsea will sill be one of the teams to beat, Tottenham are gonna be solid, they've kept the team together and Victor Lindelof & Romelu Lukaku for Man - u and Mourinho is not done yet if the rumors are true and there also the Mourinho second season thing, as much as i'd like to be hopeful for next season, i really do nt think Lacazette and Kolasinac are enough to make us challenge for the league plus having Europa league will give the team less time to recover for the weekend games, the formation change is the only thing i see can make the difference.
With lead changes occurring all evening, Team Lalez couldn't pull away from a hungry Team McNichols squad that was not willing to give up on their undefeated season.
well every season I cme with the same optimism that nxt season is our year.then we face the so called big boys, we get hammered and I always ask myself how and why were we nt able to win.then wenger after an accidental twiq to the squad finds the reason why ARSENAL was poor.I.e emergence of coq showed him that we needed a world class dm addition what does he do settles for average.this season also striking department pissnpoor.I love iwobi but his emergence shows neednof a world class player there.now, every year I sit hoping wenger learns but I hve learned that he wilp not learn.the guys is blind just seeing the favourisim in the club shows that.his blind with faith and fears benching his favourite players.we need someone qho will see the problem and rectify it, pple hve pointed out for him the problm yet he he is still blind.I hope he prooves me wrong but I wouldn't entertain another year of ifs and thebbiggest if will be why didn't we change guard.if fans will entertain another year of heroic fourth place run in, all I can say webr killing our club open ur eyes before reality gives us a part two coz its has realy kicked us in the gut this season showing us the truth.its arsenal I I love coyg!!
If he decides to stay beyond this season given that his current contract expires in the summer, the French tactician will be under pressure to change the club's fortunes as they look set for another disappointing campaign this year with failure in the Premier League and Champions League.
VERY TRUE, giroud and rvp both don't have pace but rvp's tactical know how, positioning and finishing is world class, giroud's is EXTREMELY average, definitely something he can change, do I believe he will is a whole different question, he had 2 FULL seasons to learn, uninterrupted by injury and unlimited game time, instead of working hard, grabbing the opportunity with both hands and learning, olivier was banging some model, talking to the press and rolling on the ground after 15 misses with his tongue, U TELL ME WHY HE SHOULD I GIVE HIM MY TRUST AND BELIEF?
The Arsenal chief executive suggested during the season that there would have to be changes made in how things are done, so when Arsene was given another chance the idea was for the Arsenal board to appoint a director of football to help with things like transfers.
I do believe it will give is a little sanity but as the author has mention before; there is a lack of passion and motivation and the moment Wenger holds them accountable for this then there will be know change in the players questionable attitude.i think you leaving out ozil and Sanchez will provide more fuel for the fire and it will need to address differently, the three at the back that put Chelsea to the sword a few seasons ago was new but worked but now we are faced with a conundrum.
He's just FOUR trophies behind Wenger — which, given the fact that our current situation is unlikely to change, he will very likely surpass over the next few seasons, whether he stays with Atletico, or he goes elsewhere.
Sir Alex Ferguson usually had four strikers on his books, which gave plenty of strength for an entire season with the ability to chop and change his strike partnership.
As I mentionned above that ive just watched all the Arsenal game 2007 and 2008, Ive personnaly gave up with this idea of strngthenin our defence. Its obvious, we need CDM, and I strongly recommend Toure for that job, but finally, I found out our main PBM: AW is a man who beleives in: THE BEST DEFENCE IS ATTACKIN.He has built the team that way. When I watched our 2007 games, i could see that most of these teams who has defeated us this season played exactly the same style of game last season but they couldnt perform so much as our attackin side were so strong for them so that they were always held at their own defensive side. The game is completely Psycological. At the 1st 10mn of the game, they try to attack @their best, but just when we start attackin then all their mdlfldr start to pull back coz most of our attack are all dangerous. And this is what makes the diffrence between the so called BIG 4 and the rest of the league. The Pbm isnt really that our defence is so weak, It is our attack which is WEAK.Durin the first half of this season, Our guys couldnt perform any attackin strategy planned by AW, coz 1st: they were new to it, coz they have only practiced it durin trainin session.2 nd: Some of the key players are gone.3 rd: Even AW did nt know where exactly is the best position for those new players, the likes of Nasri, Vela, and some of them were all subsitute last year.Plus they are all young players who can improve and change their style game after game.
«Titan's northern lakes region is one of the most Earth - like and intriguing in the solar system,» said Linda Spilker, Cassini project scientist, based at NASA's Jet Propulsion Laboratory, Pasadena, Calif. «We know lakes here change with the seasons, and Cassini's long mission at Saturn gives us the opportunity to watch the seasons change at Titan, too.
But the U.K. Met Office (national weather service), the U.S.'s National Center for Atmospheric Research and other partners around the globe aim to change that in the future by developing regular assessments — much like present evaluations of global average temperatures along with building from the U.K. flooding risk modeling efforts — to determine how much a given season's extreme weather could be attributed to human influence.

It gives me something to look forward to with each change of season.
At first I thought 120 days is so long to go with only 40 pieces but it's only 3 months which is a good time given the season change!
The changing seasons give me an excuse to have a little fun with the decor in our entryway, and I love relaxed, casual look I created this year with candles, textured pillows, soft blankets, pretty flowers, and of course plenty of pumpkins.
