love is what I feel emanating from these entities the voices I hear aren't evil telling me to do bad things to people when I get put into a mode

The biblical answer to this problem is to first
of all recognize that we have the gracious and
loving forgiveness
of God, but then to admit to God that we have actually messed up our
lives by failing to
live according to His instructions, and then seeking to take steps and make
changes which allow us to
live according to God's will.

In The Philosopher's Pupil (1983) a man's
life is
changed by his vision
of a flying saucer; a key episode in The Good Apprentice turns on what appears to be the effects
of a
love potion; a young girl in The Green Knight exerts an involuntary telekinesis over the stones that she has collected in her room; in the same novel the goodness
of a man named Peter Mir (Mir meaning, in Russian, both «world» and «peace,» as several characters note) seems to be contagious, bringing sweet dreams and
love to those with whom he comes in contact.
It doesn't

All liturgical renewal, all
changes in the education and way
of life of priests, all adaptation
of the religious orders to contemporary conditions, the activities

of this world.
Unconditional
love is the only conduit
of God's Word; and it is He that must work in our

This is going to be a shock — the men who actually wrote all the parts in the Bible and made
changes to the infrastructure
of Christianity — including Constantine circa 300 AD in Rome — were not afraid
of unleashing the occasional metaphor... in other words the Bible is not entirely literal — no, you are supposed to use your imagination... In many cases the disciples didn't actually witness an event — it was long distance and time altered hearsay — God figured Man could handle that... So don't be afraid to dilute - God's cool with that — as long as you do the right thing in
life — feed the poor, help your neighbor, don't kill or covet - just be a good and decent person - smile,
love and give generously... God doesn't need robots — He wants thoughtful individuals who help!!!

To
love another in God is to «have» that other despite the «
changes and chances
of this mortal
life», because in God that one is
loved, known, and kept in all his immediacy; and this means that it is in God, and in God alone, that any genuine hope must be placed.
Tommy God has already forgiven you for your sin the moment you asked Jesus into your
life and confessed him as Lord. From that point he paid for your sin in full past present future. It is not sin that stops us from being with the Lord so you are saved. The problem you are experiencing is the battle for your
life in the here and now satan is out to destroy you and he knows our weaknesses. If you are honest there were already issues in your
life that you struggled with and never got the victory over.So where do you go from here as i found myself in the same situation i was a christian but walking according to the flesh.God does nt
change his mind he always
loves us but because
of our choices we distance ourselves from God.The issue is that we like sin thats our wicked hearts and to be fair we cant
change our nature only Christ can do that our old nature must be crucified with Christ. The stumbling block is our pride we have to admit that we cant do it For me that was terribly difficult i was so independent thinking i could do anything but the truth was a made a real mess
of things.I sense you are at a crossroads and are feeling desperate and confused. So as a brother in the Lord you need to confess your sin to God and tell him that you are weak -LCB- we all are -RCB- and that you cant do it in your strength -LCB- None
of us can -RCB- but ask him to send the holy spirit to help you deal with the temptations and the sin that you struggle with and he will help you to
change your
life he will empower you as he did me.Rather than look at who you are look to Christ and walk in him and he will make you a new man and sin will not have dominion over you.Jesus came to set us free from bondage.Having once been a slave to sin i know what it is like to have been set free by the power
of God and that is what Christ is offering you today. All it takes is a desire to
change or repent and admit we cant do it and trust him to give you the strength to walk in him regards brentnz
I'm
living proof that the person you marry has a frightful tendency to
change, and yet I've had the blessing
of being
loved and cherished through it all.
Neville i mentioned those people only because the discussion was talking about dominionism the combination
of the church and state as a governing rule all those people were government leaders all
of them suffered in there own way.Its was the suffering that prepared them for the roles that they were to play and there faith in God was what helped them get through. We are made stronger in our weakness no matter how important or unimportant we may appear to others.I guess it is easy to fall into the lie about political involvement that its hard to make
change but some people have had a huge impact.Really it is God who deserves the praise he is the one that creats the opportunitys to make impact on the world as in our strength we can do nothing. In hebrews the great men and woman
of faith there are those that seemed unimportant to the world and many suffered for there faith Our Lord knows everyone by name and every small act
of faith we do he remembers because we do it out
of our
love for him that is what the christian walk is about
living for Jesus and sharing that
love with others.brentnz.
Rick the more i think about it we are to
live as overcomers not strugglers since the day i decided to turn away from the sin that was controlling my
life i never fell back into old sinful patterns not once, was i tempted many many times. The Lord will work in our
lives one area at a time he needs us to give him full control so if an area is taking control we do need to hand it to him so he can
change us.How do we do it immediately we say Lord you know i am weak but in you i am strong i leaned on him and overcame time and time again. We all have areas
of weakness that we struggle in so do nt feel bad.Struggling is us trying to do it in our own strength before this process i was so stubborn i refused to let God help me i wanted to do it in my own strength and so it was a roller coaster ride in my christian walk if the day went well i was on a high if it did nt i would would be down. Not any more now when things do nt go to plan i still thank the Lord and when it goes well i thank the Lord.Because i know that all things work for good to those who
love the Lord. The main area he is wanting is our hearts he wants all our heart not only some until we come to that place we will continue to struggle in our faith. The only reason to tell you this is not to boast because
of what i have done in myself because i have nothing to boast about but if i did i would brag that Christ has empowered me by his holy spirit to be an overcomer just as he would want you to be.As Christians we are all called to be overcomers more than conquerers.Make a decision today to turn all your hearts to the Lord to acknowledge the areas you are holding onto that are controlling your flesh
life hand them to the Lord and walk according to the spirit and not the flesh and he will give you the victory. That can be a reality starting today merry christmas everyone and may the new year be an exciting one as we put all our trust in Christ our Lord and savior.Brentnz
Such is the case
of Esau and Jacob, because he
loved him, God did all he could to ensure that he was a beneficiary
of that mercy, he revealed himself unto Jacob severally until he saw God and his
life changed totally.
The pastoral role is concerned with ministry to individuals; the priestly role has to do with the proclamation
of the faith and with leadership in the liturgical
life of the church; the prophetic role focuses on judging the level
of humaneness in the social order and pointing to the
changes required if common justice is to be approximated; the kingly role takes up governance and the expression
of neighbor
love through responsible corporate action.
while breifly going thru this artical it was makeing my stomach turn, this is just what the devil wants is for doubt and confusion, christianity is growing stronger than ever, souls are being saved and
lives are
changing every day, and do nt for one minute think any different, or try tp put christians down, why would we loose faith, god answers our prayers everyday, think what you want and do what you do, but do nt try to put things in other people's opinion or minds, jesus died for our sins, so that we can have better
lives and be forgiven for our sins here on earth and move on to a beter place, becouse souls do nt die «read the bible, if you do nt understand it, find a church that can help you learn a better way
of life, I pray for everyone out there that does nt know jesus christ as ther savior to accept what he has to offer to you «
love forgiveness and ever lasting
life «Christians» stay strong and [ass the word
of god on and share all your tedtimonies in

But while I feel Gods
love around me and working in me, what other choice do I have but to
live the joy
of change.
Tim i found it liberating to just do what the Lord wants you to do i work within his boundarys and yes i attend church and enjoy it.I
love the people and i
love hearing the word and worshipping the Lord even if others are still bound up with traditions thats not my walk thats theres. My focus is to do what the Lord wants me to do.There have been times i have said no to the pastor he does nt understand why i choose not to lead the worship.i query him as well regarding the idea that its not just performing a function because there is a need our hearts have to be in the right place so that the Lord can use us but he did nt understand where i was coming from and thats okay because
of that i just said no until my heart is right i am better not being involved in leading. But i am happy to be an encouragement to others in the worship team i havent wanted to be the leader i have done that in the past.So my focus has been just the singing and being part
of different worship teams i think the Lord has other plans as the groups i am in seem to be
changing at the same time i am aware that i do nt to worry about
change as the Lord knows whats best.I used to be quite comfortable leading the music but that was before when i was operating in my own self confidence and pride. The Lord did such a huge
change in my
life that i lost my self confidence and that is not a bad thing at all as my spiritual growth has been incredible. The big
change was my identity moved from me and what i could do to knowing who i was in Christ and that he is my strength and confidence. Now i know that without him i can do nothing in fact i am dependent on his empowerment through his holy spirit all the time in everything. In the weekend i was asked to lead the music at another church i attend multiple churchs although i attend two regularly one has services in the morning and one has services in the evening so the two do nt really clash. In the weekend i was asked to lead the music its been two years since i did that and i was worried on how i would go.All i can say is that it went really well and because i stepped out in Faith the Lord really blessed the morning to the congregation. The difference is knowing that i serve the Lord with the gifts he has given me but my heart has to be right and when i do it in his way it builds up the body and it brings glory to him.May the Lord continue to show you what he wants you to do even though others may not understand your reasons i just want you to know that you do nt have to pull away completely just work within the boundarys that the Lord gives you and do nt feel pressured by others expectations to do anything that feel uncomfortable.Be involved just as you feel lead by the holy spirit even if it is in a very minor way take small steps.regards brentnz
It is more a matter
of living the faith than proving it, as the document clearly states repeatedly with full scripturalauthority:» «Faith working through
love» (Gal 5:6) becomes a new criterion
of understanding and action that
changes the whole
of man's
life (cf. Rom 12:2; Col 3:9 - 10; Eph 4:20 - 29; 2 Cor 5:17).»
«The power
of words as an event is that they can touch and
change our very
life, when one man tells another, and thus shares with another, something
of his own
life, his willing and
loving and hoping, his joy and sorrow, but also his hardness and hates, his meanness and wickedness.»
Love of the neighbor is shown not only by the way a disciple
lives, which we shall consider first, but also, as we shall see in the second section
of the chapter, by the combined efforts
of the followers
of Jesus to meet human need and, third, by attempts to
change the structures
of society.
As
of a few months ago we are back in church after about 18 years and so far we feel good about it, a lot
of the people have
changed from years ago and we're trying to
live day by day in Christ's
love.
Even in gay
loving relationships which by the way are a mere quarter
of 1 percent
of the US people are we giving in and
changing the definition
of marriage for all and allowing these who define marriage by their own rules and ways rather than saying you need to
live up to this standard.
It is important to recognize too, that he does not
love «some future version
of us» as if he «kind
of»
loves us now, but if we would only fix A, B, C and
change D, E, and F in our
lives, THEN he would REALLY
love us.
