fat and a pound of muscle might weigh the same, but their appearance is vastly different - muscle is far denser than
fat, so as you lose
fat and gain muscle, your body composition will
change and your clothes will fit differently - but your weight
on the scale may not move!

changed his
mind on saturated
fats.
