3 1/2 cups whole grain
chapati flour or 1 3/4 cups whole wheat and 1 3/4 cups all - purpose flour (plus extra to dust the dough)
Put a little water and knead dough like
chapati flour.
Here I have used a mixture of wholemeal flour and plain flour, an option if you do not have
chapati flour, as advised by Madhur Jaffrey.
