Dishes would mostly be eaten with
chapatti — flat bread torn and used to scoop sauce — and, more rarely, rice.
Daughter likes plain flat breads (
chapattis) while son prefers stuffed breads and if hubby likes Lachha parathas, its a big no - no for me.
Serving: You could garnish it with coriander leaves before you serve eat Eat hot with rice or
chapattis.
If you go to India, you might order a thali, which is a platter with several small dishes laid out around rice with
chapatti.
My diet includes: puffed rice / brown bread sandwich for breakfast, then lentils and
