There are three major challenges
for education today: 1) To become lifelong, beginning in the first year of
life and extending to old age; 2) To go beyond curricula (subject matter) in the usual sense and to focus sharply on
character (the kinds of human beings we want to nurture); 3) To prepare
for a world where the landscape of work is likely to be totally different and changing constantly.
