This is the opening of The Lunch Line Fight: Looking at
Different Perspectives, by Tosca Killoran and Jeff Hoffart, part of a series of 10 paperback books with a focus on citizenship, mindfulness, empathy,
character and social - emotional skills, presented
in story book format.
The early chapters jump around a lot, with
different characters and
perspectives emerging
in succession, so I had found it hard to get into when just reading a few pages at bedtime.
We want to give you a
different perspective on dating through the century old tradition of the Chinese signs
in a detailed analysis that provides amazing insights into human interaction, looking at each Chinese sign
in turn, discussing the
character traits of people born under it and describing their functioning
in various types of relationships.
That
perspective keeps recurring
character beats from being repetitive, and Walsh finds
different meaning to Everett and Maud's behavior from slightly
different contexts
in their relationship with her two fantastic performers.
In the past Disney has tried to retell a story through a
different character's
perspective or they've made the film so CGI heavy that it becomes a big joke.

I don't want to give any important plot points away, but at one point, after I wrote the same moment through three
different perspectives, I realized that each
character remembers, or pays attention to, what they feel most guilty about
in the moment, rather than what was done to them.

This fascinating mystery is told from three

The first few chapters are a little slow because the novel is told from the
perspective of seven
different characters in three
different persons - first, third, and the slightly awkward second - which takes a bit of getting to grips with, but once the groundwork is laid the plot moves at a fair clip, offering many reasons to keep reading, not least of which is the opportunity to experience a
different side of Bolivia from what most of us imagine - suffice to say, it ain't all ponchos and alpaca!

There's a reason we're so enthusiastic about
characters, developers, publishers, writers, and critics who are women, people of color, LGBTQIA, and of all
different cultures and backgrounds being
in or part of video games: because wider experiences broaden everyone's
perspective.
In Chris Pranger's review (here), he stated that while some of the
characters aren't as well developed as others and the controls get tiresome, the power to drive the narrative through the course of four
different perspectives is quite compelling.

in is a wonderful thing, and it adds variation to proceedings.
Instead of customizable over-the-top
characters playing to crowds
in different venues, the game instead gives you a first - person
perspective through the eyes of a real guitarist playing to a real crowd, complete with intros, outros and interaction with the crowd and band while you're playing.
Veterans will enjoy some familiar locations and
