Does anyone have experience applying for chase card with 3 - 4 «approved» applications but 5 + total applications in the last 24 months?

Do you know / think i'll qualify for other chase cards?

In the past i have applied for chase credit cards but was rejected because i had too many chase cards already open.

Problem now is with the new chase rules regarding ultimate rewards cards (can't be approved if you have opened 5 ccs from any issuer in the past 24 months) basically to me has made chase cards useless.

Since I just got the AMEX Gold card with a $ 10k spend minimum and this card with a $ 3k spend, my wife and I knew we probably couldn't meet a second chase card's minimum.

It seems UR can be transferred to United but does that mean all of them can or only ones earned with certain chase cards?

I called Chase, they were nothing less than rude when I asked about this - even transferring me to a voicemail, I found another credit card from Citi that very hour - they were offering 0 % APR until the end of the month then 9 % after that so I balance transferred and cut up my CHASE card.

There do not seem to be any rules here, but it is recommended to wait at least 30 days before applying another chase card.

To improve your odds, I recommend applying for only ONE chase card every 3 months.

At that point will have 4 chase cards.
