Whereas Shadow Of The Colossus is a clearly a labour of love, benefiting from a generous
budget, Secret Of Mana is a
cheap and tawdry looking remake that rather than updating the game to the standards of modern
titles barely manages to get it up to the level of the PlayStation 1.
I'm sorry, I'm not
cheap and you won't catch me trying to rinse as much mediocre content out of a
budget title for months.

budget road, recently Nintendo released Captain Toad's Treasure Tracker a game that could be deemed as a
budget title mostly because of its
cheaper price then other major Wii U
titles like Hyrule Warriors, which in America Captain Toad is priced at around $ 40.
In fact, the
cheaper «greatest hits» type re-releases and, to a lesser extent,
budget titles didn't come in to play until long after the used game market had been established.
Whereas big PlayStation
titles require teams of hundreds and
budgets of millions, a downloadable indie
title can be built by one or two people on a
cheap PC.
