've taken this very strict, no
cheat meals no over measuring or going over macros.
That's because a properly done
cheat meal doesn't happen often enough for it to
have that direct negative impact.
However, for most of the people, most of the time, 1 or 2
cheat meals per week is the maximum I (and most others)
would recommend.
