My friend and I would
meal prep in our little cottages, and we'd challenge ourselves to
eat clean all week, until
cheat day.
If you follow any sort of diet or
eat clean, you know that it's important to have your
cheat meals!
As the semester starts to overwhelm we tend to
eat too many restaurant
meals, too many
cheat meals, and too many treats.

cheat meals I honestly believe that you can have your cake and
eat it too; my favourite treats would have to be ice cream, pizza, cheeseburgers, and margaritas!
And the worst part is that
eating cheat meals usually causes a chain reaction.
Then, make every seventh or eighth
meal a
cheat meal, where you don't care about your goals and
eat whatever your heart desires.
Eating a
cheat meal every now and then helps keep your sanity and allows you to enjoy delicious food with no guilt attached.
Have your first
cheat meal after three or four weeks of clean
eating.
As soon as you're finished
eating your
cheat meal you should go back to your diet and
eat clean foods as you were before.
I like to see how often they
cheat, what a normal breakfast looks like, and how many
meals they
eat per day.
You can prep your clean
meals together and
eat well through the week but go mad together on your
cheat days!
Then, pretty much every time we are presented with food we shouldn't
eat, we make it a
cheat meal in order to
eat it and not feel bad about it.
You can
eat a
cheat meal once in a while.
We're not saying you're
eating too many
cheat meals, we're saying you're simply not
eating enough.

It you want to really get technical about it, it would vary based on the person and the exact type of
cheat meal being
eaten.

meals even if they are not Paleo foods.
