Put the
broccoli and cauliflower into a heatproof dish, and pour
over the
cheese sauce.
Remove the
broccoli form the oven and immediately drizzle with remaining tablespoon of olive oil and lemon juice (If using, can sprinkle grated

I put one serving
over broccoli slaw and added 2 tbsp fat free blue
cheese dressing for a 4 point plus dinner!
This dish occurred to me as I looked through my fridge after we were home from vacation and the only thing in there was some
cheese, left
over broccoli and a package of smoked sausage.
It's also great
over potatoes,
broccoli and as mac and
cheese.
Pour the egg mixture
over the
broccoli and sprinkle the feta
cheese over top.
Pour
cheese sauce
over your cooked noodles, toss in the steamed
broccoli, stir and serve!

I made this
cheese sauce I had it with salmon fillets &
broccoli, I used extra mature cheddar & I just drizzled the sauce
over broccoli & salmon rather than poured it
over as it was quite sickly.
For the kale and cooked greens, you probably just didn't like them much when you first ate them and you haven't gotten
over it — humans react to bitter flavors because they can be poisonous, but greens either aren't poisonous or they're just the right amount of poison for health, so it may be a good idea to teach yourself to like them — either cover them with a flavor that you like and wean yourself off the added flavor (some people teach kids to eat
broccoli by adding a lot of
cheese sauce), or just eat it 10 times until you get used to it.
Once it starts melting, pour egg mixture
over broccoli mixture, sprinkle a bit more
cheese over top and cook just until the sides start setting, ~ 5 minutes.
