Making the ultimate grilled cheese sandwich doesn't take skill, and it certainly doesn't take a recipe.
But I wanted a break from the coconut flour (how many coconut flour flatbread grilled
cheese sandwiches do you think one person should eat in one week?!).

sandwiches, cooked and raw in every possible format from paste to pasta to chili and seriously, don't even try to bring me a cream
cheese - schmeared bagel without a thin slice of tomato on it.
I love to pair it with grilled
cheese sandwiches like my mom

You don't need cream
cheese to make a creamy grilled
cheese sandwich.
Breakfast
sandwiches are easy get a soda farl cut in in half, toast it a little not too much, grill some decent back bacon, thickly butter the soda farl, add bacon and lashings of HP brown sauce, simples,
cheese or mayo
do not belong on a breakfast, add fried egg to bacon and soda if you want to pimp it out, maybe even add an sausage or two.
I put my two
sandwiches in the microwave for two minutes to melt the
cheese and boy
did it taste great.
We have hot chicken
sandwiches (Frank's hot sauce on the chicken, LOTS of bleu
cheese on toasted whatever - bread - I - have - on - hand, lettuce and tomato), chicken alfredo (I just add a bit of pressed garlic and pepper to the pan when the chicken is almost
done, throw in some cream, let it simmer and reduce, then add a bunch of finely grated parm, asiago, pecorino romano, or whatever I have), and then an absolute favorite: lemon pepper chicken on Greek Salad.
When the
sandwich is
done the
cheese will be melting and the bread will be nicely toasted.

I'm a grandma who believes in butter with all of her heart and I have never met a grilled
cheese sandwich that I didn't like!
Once flipped, we added the Chao
cheese, but had to finish up the melting in the microwave for about 10 seconds before assembling the
sandwich because we didn't want to overcook the burgers.
One of the local Italian
sandwich shops
does a vegan version of their typical breaded meat on a kaiser with
cheese and tomato sauce.
They also make a killer grilled
cheese «
sandwich» and I plan on
doing a version with flax or almond meal instead of the coconut and making tacos.

cheese sandwich!
I
did drizzle some blue
cheese dressing over the top on my
sandwich for good measure and it was perfect.
I was hoping to
do more vegan
cheese experimentation when I created this
sandwich.
And I don't know about you, but I LOVE to dip a perfectly browned grilled
cheese sandwich (filled with parmesan and provolone — > sophisticated & delish) into my soup.

Kids, you don't need a recipe to make a grilled
cheese sandwich, though the internet seems to think otherwise.
This one's not so obvious, but trust me, you don't need it, and when I made this
sandwich I wanted to avoid it because (a) I'm generally not too fond of store bought premade vegan
cheese, and (2) homemade vegan
cheese is a bit of a project.
I used the ingredients as is, but I didn't see how you could grill the
sandwiches without the filling falling all over, so I toasted the bread in the oven and then laid the
cheese slices on it and let those melt.
As to cooking the
sandwiches my suggestion is
do not turn the
sandwich too soon, but allow the
cheese to melt a bit, press down on it and carefully turn them.
