Even today, when I think of a berry sauce, I imagine it curtained over a previously
frozen cheesecake slice with a mushy graham cracker crust and a glossy bloom of canned whipped cream.
Before I went to New Zealand I promised my colleagues I'd bring in a morning tea treat and this blueberry
passionfruit cheesecake slice was the end result.
Anyhoo, I decided to throw a book launch party with my closest the week before the book came out and I made some epic treats for it, including my vegan peanut butter cups, vegan sushi from the detox, and these
raw cheesecake slices.
