The
cherries are
blended with some protein powder (of your choice, my favorite grass - fed whey option is THIS ONE), a few cubes of frozen coconut milk (for creaminess), a few chia seeds, and some kind of water or
juice.
Fortified
juice blends, for example bear little resemblence to the pineapples, guava and
cherries from which they are supposed to have come.
Add Montmorency tart
cherry juice concentrate, chocolate milk, yogurt, melted chocolate and maple syrup together and
blend or mix well.
For the smoothie,
blend together tart
cherries, lemon
juice, maple syrup, banana and almond milk.
Another good idea would be to take your whey protein and
blend it with the
cherry juice.
Home made milk kefir, a couple pastured eggs (
blended first to deactivate the anti-nutrient in the egg whites), some organic frozen
cherries, raw cream, the

You want to make sure it's 100 %
